Refund policy

Cancelled Orders

All canceled orders will incur a 5% surcharge.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Gear

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

There will be a 20% restocking fee on ALL RETURNS. Items must be in store-bought condition with all accessories included (spikes, wrench, shoe bag, original box, etc.) No markings, alterations or modifications. Items deemed to be returned in used or un-sellable condition will not be accepted and returned back to you, at managements discretion

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@changespeedrunning.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We don not pay for return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We cannot be responsible for items lost due to incorrectly shipped returns. You will not receive credit unless the item is returned to us.  Please provide tracking for your shipped return.

Exceptions / non-returnable / non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

There is a 2 day grace period for changes on custom gear orders. Once it is sent production we cannot alter your order any further.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

League Refunds

If you sign up for a league but would like to cancel, we will return your registration fee minus 3% to cover our credit card processing fees which are not refunded to us if it's at least two weeks prior to the camp.  If the classes begin in less than two weeks we will refund you (minus 3%) if you need to cancel due to injury.  If you are simply changing your mind on participation we will refund you (minus 3%) if we are able to fill your spot in the class.  Once a class has begun we cannot offer any refunds.
