The machine features DuraFirm™ pads, which are thick and comfortable, reducing fatigue and discomfort experienced during long workouts. The heavy-gauge steel frame has an all-four-side welded construction, which guarantees maximum safety and efficiency during every workout. The weight stack is fully shrouded, adding an elegant touch to the machine and securing it.
 
This machine performs two of the most crucial leg exercises from a comfortable position, and the transition between movements is simple and easy. It has a 2'x3' 11 gauge steel frame with all-4-side welded construction, which ensures rock-solid support and stability during workouts. Ideal for home and commercial use, this machine is an excellent addition to any gym for leg strength training and muscle toning.
 
The 6 position CAM guarantees a full range of motion for optimal leg muscle engagement. An advanced protective coating on the CAM extends the life of the cable. The machine includes a 160 lb. weight stack, which is upgradable to 210 lb. for increased resistance and muscle growth.
 
The leg extension is vital for strengthening the quads and patellar ligament, giving the knee added stability. The leg curl trains the often-neglected hamstrings, protecting them from injury, increasing leg strength and greater flexibility, and relieving back pain. The machine strengthens quadriceps muscles with the leg extension exercise and works glutes and hamstring muscles with the leg curl. The transition between the two movements is simple and easy, allowing maximum workout time.
