The Body-Solid Pro Select GCEC-STK Leg Extension Leg Curl Machine is a versatile piece of equipment that allows users to perform two essential leg exercises—leg extension and leg curl—from a seated position that effectively isolates the muscles.

The machine boasts a meticulously designed, fully adjustable 7-gauge steel cam that optimizes the range of motion, while the scientifically calibrated seat angle aids in effectively isolating muscle groups.

Users can perform the leg extension exercise to strengthen quadricep muscles by positioning their legs behind the oversized rollers, gripping the handles firmly, and lifting.

For working glutes and hamstring muscles, users can adjust the Leg Hold Down to a comfortable position, sit down, wrap their legs over the 8" foam rollers, and then press down to perform seated leg curl exercises.

The machine comes with a 210 lb. weight stack, which can be upgraded to a 310 lb. weight stack for even more effective, muscle-building workouts.

Additional features include Durafirm pads and oversized rollers for a comfortable workout, seven position adjustments on the back pad and leg hold-down to accommodate users of all sizes, an easy pull-pin design that allows for seamless adjustment from leg extension to leg curl exercise, and rotary range of motion adjustment for various start positions.

The GCEC-STK is a versatile option, suitable for both home and commercial use, and is backed by Body-Solid's In-Home Lifetime and Light Commercial Warranties, making it a reliable choice for any fitness setting.
