Body Focus
Calves
The calves are the muscles at the back and sides of your lower leg. The mainly comprise of two muscles. The gastrocnemius muscle is the larger of the two, the soleus is the smaller of the two. Both are responsible for plantar flexion (extending your foot from an ankle pivot).
Lats
The latissimus dorsi is a large flat muscle located on the trunk. Commonly called the “lats” their basic, everyday action is to move your arms downward (when in front or to the side) from an elevated position.
Shoulders
The primary muscle of the shoulder is the deltoid (also know as the "delts"). It is the rounded cap over the point of your shoulder.
